For the past many months, I have been working at a medical plus recreational cannabis dispensary.
The task is severely fun plus interesting.
I get to meet lots of interesting plus weird people plus I get to sample the latest products that come through the doors. Every now plus then, there is an issue in the dispensary, but not that many of weeks ago, the security guard had to get involved in a situation that was escalating genuinely rapidly. A lady ordered several items from the website plus she chose the pickup option. When she arrived at the dispensary to pick up her order, it was not ready yet. Every one of us send a SMS message to our clients when their order is ready for pickup. The lady was annoyed plus annoyed because her items were not ready plus prepared when she arrived. She started getting loud with the budtender behind the counter. I was on the other side of the room plus I heard the lady beginning yelling. The security officer rapidly came from behind her desk plus stepped in between the budtender plus the customer. Security wasn’t messing around with the lady. She told her to calm down or leave the building. She said the word in a genuinely stern plus strong voice. The shopper knew she wasn’t joking around. She calmed down plus patiently waited for the staff member to get all of the items together. She did not make any more trouble the rest of the time she was there. I doubt the lady will step into the dispensary again after that interaction.
