I helped the new customer with the issue

One aspect of customer service is making sure that each person has a pleasant experience when they go to the establishment.

That is important with every business and that would include the recreational and medical marijuana business. We have a very stringent return policy at the dispensary where I work. A customer can return almost any item with no questions asked. As long as there is still product left in the container, we will make an exchange if someone is unhappy with recreational or medical marijuana products. When a new customer came to the dispensary with an issue, I was the person there to help. The customer complained about the Indica strain that she purchased during her first visit to the dispensary. The woman purchased a quarter ounce of OG Kush and she was complaining that the marijuana product made her feel sleepy. I explained to the customer that an Indica strain like OG Kush has a sedative effect. She told me that she was looking for something to use during the day and she needed to be awake and alert. I took the remainder of the seven gram bag of marijuana from the customer and we carefully went through some marijuana strains that I had in the case. I only told the woman the names of the sativa strains. She started to ask if I had additional strains such as Granddaddy Purple, Girl Scout cookies, and Bubba Kush. I told the customer that these strains were not sativas and definitely would make her tired during the day. I urged the customer to use the internet as a resource tool for choosing the right strain.
