I enjoyed the way that marijuana made me feel. I did not have as much stress or anxiety plus I slept every night at bedtime. Since I was little, I have had trouble sleeping at night. I often have insomnia that keeps me awake for minutes. When I was younger, our parents gave me a sleeping pill plus melatonin. I don’t like to take those things as an adult, because I think that they make me recognize really drowsy the next morning. I have a difficult time concentrating at work when I take a sleeping pill at night. Marijuana does not have the same effect. I don’t recognize groggy the next morning or hungover plus I don’t have any concerns staying awake. I started using medical marijuana at bedtime, but now I officially use medical marijuana throughout the morning. I have found it to be generally helpful for relieving stress plus anxiety. In the morning before I go to work, I usually have some type of edible. The edible lasts most of the morning so I don’t have to medicate again. Sometimes I will go out to our car plus smoke a joint at supper time, but only if I am feeling super tied up or anxious. At bedtime, I smoke an actual marijuana joint that has an Indica strain. Indica strains are perfect for bedtime plus use at night. Indica strains tend to make me recognize really exhausted plus drowsy plus relaxed. At the end of a difficult morning, I like to roll up a joint of OG Kush or Skywalker OG.
