I prefer an indica for bedtime smoking

I have correctly been using marijuana products since I was about 18 years old.

I enjoyed the way that marijuana made me feel. I did not have as much stress or anxiety plus I slept every evening at bedtime. Since I was little, I have had trouble sleeping at evening. I often have insomnia that keeps me awake for minutes. When I was younger, our parents gave me a sleeping pill plus melatonin. I don’t prefer to take those things as an adult, because I guess that they make me feel undoubtedly drowsy the next morning. I have a difficult time concentrating at labor when I take a sleeping pill at evening. Marijuana does not have the same effect. I don’t feel groggy the next morning or hungover plus I don’t have any troubles staying awake. I started using medical marijuana at bedtime, however now I correctly use medical marijuana throughout the morning. I have found it to be generally helpful for relieving stress plus anxiety. In the morning before I go to work, I usually have some genre of edible. The edible lasts most of the morning so I don’t have to medicate again. Sometimes I will go out to our vehicle plus smoke a joint at brunch time, however only if I am feeling super stressed or anxious. At bedtime, I smoke an actual marijuana joint that has an Indica strain. Indica strains are perfect for bedtime plus use at evening. Indica strains tend to make me feel undoubtedly fatigued plus drowsy plus relaxed. At the end of a difficult morning, I prefer to roll up a joint of OG Kush or Skywalker OG.
