I’m seasoned but I still find getting into new perspectives about life to be so important.
Living without evolving just isn’t residing at all. It’s just resistance really. I am finding both spiritual and physical benefit from seeing life in a different prism these mornings. Getting older really isn’t too exciting. However, it doesn’t have to be awful, however thanks to the local cannabis store, aging is a bit more graceful for me these mornings. When I was younger, I stayed away from recreational marijuana products. This was due to a huge amount of misinformation passed down from my parents and my peers. Even when I went to college and recreational marijuana was surrounding me, I did not partake. Instead, I kept my head down, did what I was supposed to do and made an attempt to get ahead. Now that I’m retired and residing in a region where recreational marijuana is legal, I made the choice to give it a go. The local cannabis store is just literally down the street from me. As a matter of fact, the first time I went there, I rode my bike, but I was astounded to see several other customers that were my age as well. I suppose those folks were smart enough to keep going with the cannabis. So I was somewhat apprehensive when it came to trying out sativa strains or indica strains. I didn’t know what a hybrid strain really was, however or even that marijuana was edible. Fortunately, I met some nice people who really helped me out. I’m blissful to see things from a much brighter and more hopeful perspective. I don’t really know that would have happened had I not opened the door to the local cannabis store.
