I bought a marijuana vape cartridge from the dispensary and it was a total dud.
I was really disappointed, because it was the string Granddaddy Purp and that’s one of my favorite indicas. I contacted that marijuana dispensary and I left a message for the manager. I honestly didn’t know if she would call me back or not. I was surprised to hear from her less than 3 hours later. She returned my phone call and said that she was sorry to hear about my experience with the marijuana vape cartridge. She absolutely offered to give me a different cartridge if I wanted to return to the store. I was only a few miles away from the medical and recreational marijuana dispensary so I agreed to go back to the shop. When I arrived, that manager came to greet me. She was very nice and apologetic for the problems with the vaporizer cartridge. She informed me that there were a few other customers that had also complained about the cartridges not working properly. She told me that I could pick out something else that was of equal or lesser value if I didn’t want to get the same brand again. Because she had other complaints, I decided not to get the same brand. I chose a more expensive cartridge this time and one that was about $15 more than the other product. The manager originally told me that I could simply pay the difference, but she didn’t end up charging me anything extra for the better cannabis products.
