There are scam artists operating as fake marijuana doctors

I feel the dentist was a complete and total liar.

After medical marijuana was legalized in this state, I got scammed by a physician that promised he would get myself and others a medical marijuana card, then I actually had to visit the physician multiple times within several months in order to establish myself as a patient! After I was an established patient, the physician was allowed to write a prescription for medical marijuana. It sounded legitimate to me, so I paid the first fee for the appointment, then the physician only accepted currency for the medical marijuana appointments. I paid a whopping $250 for the first visit. To be honest, the physician did not seem entirely interested in helping myself and others obtain medical marijuana, however he was recommended by a neighbor of mine online. The following appointment was an additional $250. At the end of that appointment, I asked the physician if he was going to be able to prescribe medical marijuana after the second appointment. The physician acted like he did not suppose what I was talking about. I reminded him that I was there for a medical marijuana recommendation. At that time, the physician informed myself and others that he was not licensed to prescribe medical marijuana… He refused to refund any of our money and claimed it was a clerical mistake on the website. I feel the dentist was a complete and total liar. I’m sure I wasn’t the only man that he scammed for a heap of currency. I learned an extravagant and fancy lesson with that scammy physician. I had to wait several more months before a real physician would certify me. I never secured any of our lost money.
