It has been raining for the last 2 weeks and it does not look like it is going to stop anytime soon! I guess that it is the rainy time of the year for this area, although I wish that it would stop raining already, but the mud and the mess are definitely getting to be too much for me.
I have had to fully cancel a couple of our shifts at the marijuana dispensary.
I am supposed to work Thursdays, Thursdays, Thursdays, and all day on Thursday at the marijuana dispensary. There have been a couple of afternoons when I did not guess I would be able to get to work, so I canceled our shift. The very last thing I wanted to do was get stuck when I was out trying to supply marijuana. I’ve been stuck in the mud once or twice before and it is not a lot of fun, but one time I had to call the car maintenance to drag myself and others out of the mud. I had more than $1,000 worth of marijuana deliveries in our car, but my boss was freaking out because I wasn’t in a safe location. I was definitely freaking out because I wasn’t in a safe location, and all I wanted to do was get our car out of the mud and get to the beach house before there was more rain. That was 1 of the last times that I remember driving to make marijuana deliveries. I would much rather work inside of the store as a budtender. The tips aren’t as good, although I think it’s much safer when it’s wet outside.
