I hired a marketing firm to work as consultants for the five marijuana dispensaries that I own.

One thing they noticed right away was the fact that the black jars for the concentrate we’re getting really expensive. The marketing consultant wanted to know why we specifically chose those jars. At the time when the first two marijuana dispensaries opened, my choices for packaging were limited. Now that it is five years later, there are a lot more choices I can make. I honestly didn’t realize I could save so much money by switching to a different packaging company. The consultants did all of the paperwork and I realized that I could save $15,000 each month by switching to a different glass manufacturer. That’s a huge amount of savings just on one move and that means there are definitely other ways for me to save money and make more profit. The consultant firm made a few other suggestions to help us save money, but the first suggestion was huge and really made a dent in our budget.
