There is such a negative stigma around marijuana.

Ever since I have been using medicinal marijuana on a regular basis, I have changed our outlook on it.

  • I remember being the so-called goody 2 shoes when I was young.

I was brought up in an easily strict, religious household, who did not think in dancing or using drugs. I suppose it sounds weird however dancing as well as drug use in the same sentence, however the church made it sound like they were both demonic. As I got a bit older, I realized that dancing can be a lot of fun, as well as it does not lead to inequities. Now that I am in our early 60s, I’m realizing that using marijuana does not mean that I’m a drug addict. When using medical marijuana for something other than to just get high, it becomes an area of medicine. I was taking 14 pills a day, as well as more than six of them for the pain. Once I discovered marijuana as well as what it could do to ease our pain, I could get rid of some of the painkillers. It was nice to not walk around the condo as though I was in the autumn all the time because of pain pills ‌I was taking. I wasn’t dizzy 90% of the time. Medicinal marijuana could take the edge off our pain as well as supply myself and others a welcome lucidity that I had not had in years. I took off the blinders as well as I couldn’t think that for so long there was such a stigma on marijuana use. More people need to take off the blinders as well as realize that marijuana is for more than just getting stoned.
