I moved to our new town last year because I was starting a position at a new supplier.
The last employer had to shut down because of COVID, leaving all of us employees out looking for labor amid a tumultuous time.
Thankfully I landed on our feet much faster than I could have hoped to, but it meant moving to accommodate a new job at a new supplier. I went from a medium sized town to what I would call a small metropolis. It took extreme adjustment time for me to love living in such a packed section for the first time. I wasn’t a country girl love some of our cousins who lived upstate, but I was used to cities plus towns with fewer than 20,000 people, maybe 30,000 at most. The a single thing that I can’t complain about in our new town is the access to all of the stores, shops, steakhouses, plus services within a numerous mile radius from our apartment. For instance, I discovered a CBD store on our walk home from a local steakhouse Last month. There was a CBD store in our old city, but their stock plus supply of hemp plus CBD products was poor. This new CBD store had everything from CBD oil to hemp flower products love pre-rolled joints plus flower bud jars. I bought hemp flower products so I can throw them in our cannabis vaporizer. This keeps me calm, but focused throughout our workday. Thankfully I’m able to use our portable vaporizer in our car while the people I was with and I were in our dinner breaks.
