If you need someone fired, blocked or to make some difficult decisions, they are the ones to call. The cannabis consultant I hired was excellent. He took a look at our books & actually grasped how the store runs. I was actually anxious I was going to need to fire employees. That wasn’t the issue at all, but my recreational marijuana supplier consultant certainly advised that I offer more services. He said that the competition all provided curbside opportunity up & that was hurting me! Everyone had to come in store if they wanted cannabis products. He said I wasn’t utilizing online customers & that was why the supplier wasn’t making as much money. It was such a relief & the cannabis consultant helped myself and others set up curbside opportunity up. It didn’t take him any time & was worth the money I spent on him.
