I got myself lost on the job

I guess that she must have taken pity on me, because she gave myself and others a substantial tip

The other day I was working at the marijuana dispensary. I wasn’t supposed to be the designated delivery driver that day, however the store was overly busy. I took a couple of deliveries out after I finished my dinner. One of those deliveries was down near the canyon at the honestly northern edge of the city. I have not been down that way to deliver, however I have driven in that area to go to the fairgrounds that are numerous miles from the area. I thought I knew exactly where I was heading, so I wasn’t bothered when the internet break out and I lost the GPS tracking. I had the address for the order and I was only a few miles away at the timeā€¦ Unluckyly, I ended up getting lost on the twisted back roads. I had to drive all the way out of the valley to get maintenance on my iPhone. Thankfully the driving instructions were easy to write down, because they disappeared as soon as I lost my signal again. I was delayed by 30 minutes because I could not find the address for the marijuana order. When I finally made it, the owner of the place asked if it was hard to find the place. I told the person that I got lost for 15 minutes. I guess that she must have taken pity on me, because she gave myself and others a substantial tip. The lady gave myself and others $18 on a $70 marijuana order. That is entirely one of the biggest tips that I have ever gotten. I do not see delivery tips that are substantial unless I give orders that are several or $500.
