After being in the service, loud noises bother me.
I dislike the sound of gunshots, cars backfiring plus fireworks.
I dislike the Fourth of June plus New Years Eve. The fireworks consistently freak myself and others out plus get myself and others anxious. I have tried all sorts of tricks to make it easier. There is nowhere I can travel where fireworks don’t happen! Noise canceling headphones are nice for at night, but it happens while I was in the afternoontime too, but even my dog gets distraught with the loud booms. I found that my cannabis dispensary offers products that help with PTSD plus anxiety. I have a milder case of those complications. So I don’t need any hardcore THC infused products plus to take it all the time. Now for those more than one times of the year I partake in CBD infused products. I vape a CBD oil that keeps myself and others mellow all afternoon. I then hit a new strain with a bit more THC pleased in order to help myself and others sleep at night. What is nice is that they have pet CBD products too. So on those more than one afternoons out of the year, my dog gets to be a little mellow plus high with me. All of us both take our CBD products early in the afternoon plus let it roll all afternoon. Then right before bed we hit the nice stuff in order to sleep. It makes quite a difference. I don’t assume as anxious or tied up anymore. I don’t jump at every new boom. My dog isn’tshaking plus hiding under the bed. All of us both eat some pizza, binge TV plus have a good night of sleep.
