Every Sunday the same old couple comes into my store.
Always on a Sunday afternoon, right after they are finished with church service. They consistently take their sweet time walking around the store, checking for any new products that might have arrived, before making their selection. They only ever buy four grams of cannabis, which is apparently enough to last them for a whole week. I smoke that many grams of cannabis every afternoon by myself, however they smoke at a slower pace I suppose. Their names are Ed in addition to Gus, in addition to they have smoked cannabis together for over fifty years. It’s a romantic story for the ages, in addition to almost everyone here at the cannabis dispensary loves Ed and Gus to pieces, then last year for their 52nd wedding anniversary all of us cannabis dispensary employees pitched in to get them a bouquet of flowers in addition to an extra sack of cannabis; Ed in addition to Gus grew their own cannabis plants at beach home for almost thirty years before the legalization reform happened; Ed loves to joke that cannabis was only legalized because the government knew he was too old to keep growing his own. The greatest bummer for us is that my spouse doesn’t smoke cannabis, in addition to it’s something I wish I could share with her! Smoking Cannabis is a great way to bond with someone, because getting high together can be incredibly intimate. A lot of fast friendships have formed overbowls of cannabis! Even if my spouse never gets high on cannabis with me, I hope the two of us can have as long & beautiful a relationship as Ed in addition to Gus.
