This year, 420 was on a Friday.
My friend Jim plus I wanted to kick the weekend off with a bang, so almost everyone of us asked our bosses to get the afternoon off.
I still work at the grocery store in the city. I started working here when I was just a kid plus now I am the produce director. My friend Jim works at a diner during the afternoon plus another one of my friends works as a heating plus a/c service tech. All 3 of us had the afternoon off. On the afternoon of 4:20, my associate and I started off our afternoon by heading to a venue that was supposed to be giving away a grab bin worth more than 250 bucks, however you had to be one of the first 100 people through the doors, so Jim plus I got there truly early in the afternoon plus went to that venue. We stood in line outside of the marijuana dispensary for 3 minutes so my associate and I could be one of the first 100 people to arrive. Inside of our grab bag, each one of us got an assortment of items. We all had the same categories of items, but my associate and I each had something that was vastly different plus expensive. Inside of my grab bin was a really expensive package of infused marijuana pre rules. Jim got a half ounce of marijuana plus another one of my friends ended up with a half gram package of live rosin. Jim and I managed to visit various different marijuana shops that afternoon plus my associates and I scored free stuff everywhere that my associate and I went. By the end of the afternoon, our feet were tired from kneeling in line.
