It took about 6 months before I had a whole week of mistakes & that made me realize I had to hire a professional payroll & accounting supplier to help with the cannabis dispensary. The payroll supplier handles everything that has to do with the employees & it really makes my life a lot easier. They deduct for all of the insurances & even send out the necessary tax forms at the start of the year. I don’t have to do anything at all except approve the invoice that includes all of the amounts for the check for the employees. I was absolutely spending about 6 hours a week trying to get the payroll done & now it takes me 6 minutes.
